March 15, 2020 – As discussed at our monthly JYAA board meeting. We are watching the COVID-19 social distancing progression and changes daily, the JYAA Board has aligned with Johnstown Schools to suspend all indoor and outdoor activities until April 3, 2020. We are watching the events closely and we will be updating any additional postponements over the coming weeks if they arise.

We will also be aligning across spring sports to determine the latest start date that could still allow a season. If by chance we have to cancel the season, there will be full refunds given to all that has signed up.

Thank you for your understanding in this unprecedented time. The last thing we want to do is cancel the season for the kids. Their health and safety is our top concern.

Sincerely the JYAA Board.
